We stayed one night for Smoky Lake Stampede. Renovated room is large and clean. Staff was very friendly and thoughtful. Best value for money! Thank you for a wonderful stay
Its ok. Friendly. Its currently under alot of renovations! So i think it will soon be a very good place to spend a night. It also has a good chinese buffet attached to it.
My stay was very nice and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant seemed very busy however the food was quite good. my room was extremely hot and I was unable to find anything to turn off or control the heat, even with the window fully open it was still extremely hot in the room.when I went to purchase a drink from the vending machine it gave me a different item from the one I picked, also I noticed the drink was expired after I had drank it. There was also no ice machine in the entire Hotel, when I asked the restaurant for ice multiple times, and each time they gave me a small cup of really small ice that melted very quickly. The fridge in the room also didn't work very well, I put in some ice I bought in the morning and by the time it was dark half the Ice had melted. I was told I had a free breakfast when I checked in, but when I ask the restaurant they told me they do not provide it. The breakfast was in the meeting room and all they had was some bread and fruit and semi frozen eggs.
Accommodations were great. Staff were friendly. Management was very accommodating.
